18. Entire Agreement & Policy Hierarchy
These Terms, as well as all policies published on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bevellea.
In case of conflict between these Terms and another policy, the specific policy applicable to the situation shall prevail.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
20. Rewards Program & Subscription
Bevellea offers a "Rewards" subscription program providing various benefits (discounts, early access, etc.).
A valid payment method is required. A 14-day free trial may be offered. Failing to cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically renews every 30 days.
Forgetting to cancel before the billing date does not entitle you to any refund of fees already debited.
Subscription fees may be modified with prior notice. Continued subscription constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
21. Billing Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Bevellea to automatically debit your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
In case of payment failure, we may attempt another debit or suspend access to the program.
22. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.
Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class actions and class arbitrations are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
