Failure to consult or read this policy does not constitute a valid reason for a return, refund, or dispute.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 90 days of receiving your order.

Important: All return requests must be approved by our customer support team before any item is sent back. Please contact us at support@bevellea.com so our team can assist you and determine the most appropriate solution.

Any return made without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender without a refund.

Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be new, unused, and unopened.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

Bevellea reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International returns may require longer processing times.

To avoid unnecessary delays or fees, Bevellea may, at its discretion, offer an alternative solution, such as an exchange, store credit, or partial refund.

Any alternative solution is offered without guarantee and remains at the sole discretion of Bevellea.

Return Timeframe

Once the return request has been approved:

  • The item must be shipped within 14 days.
  • Any item received after this timeframe may be refused.

Refunds

When a return is approved and received in accordance with our conditions:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

In some cases, in order to provide a faster resolution, a partial refund or store credit may be offered without requiring a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Important — Inspection Upon Delivery:

Items must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

To process your request, photographic proof is required, including:

  • Clear photos of the item received.
  • Photos of the original packaging.
  • Photos clearly showing the issue as it appeared at the time of delivery.

⚠️ No claim will be accepted without clear photographic proof.

Requests reported after the product has been used, opened, or handled, or when the evidence does not clearly show a defect present upon arrival, will not be accepted.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Packages Marked as “Delivered”

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  • Check with your local carrier or neighbors.
  • Contact us at support@bevellea.com for additional assistance.

Disputes and Bank Chargebacks

Before initiating any dispute or bank chargeback with your bank or payment provider, the customer must first contact support@bevellea.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any bank dispute initiated without prior contact may be challenged using the order confirmation, proof of delivery, and this policy.

Return Refusal

Bevellea reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are used, opened, damaged, or modified.
  • Are incomplete or missing original packaging.
  • Show excessive wear.
  • Appear fraudulent or abusive.

Policy Updates

Bevellea reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
